  Contact our concierge team within 14 days of delivery to receive your Return Authorization Number and a pre-paid insured shipping label.

  Place the ring in its original velvet presentation box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton along with all original certification documents.

  Affix the provided label to your package and drop it off at an authorized courier location to ensure the high-value item is fully tracked and insured during transit.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the stone and setting against our original records, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
