Edwardian rose diamond and sapphire cluster ring

An Edwardian period 18 carat gold and platinum flower head cluster ring with six rose cut diamonds and a round faceted blue sapphire. 

The rose diamonds are around .04 carat in total, the sapphire is a .10 carat stone and the setting has a diameter of 7 mm. 

The ring size is 17.00 mm, the size ca be modified if necessary.
